This well-established Civil Engineering Contractor are looking to expand into a new region in 2023 and are actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage up to 3 schemes at any given time.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll be overseeing commercial aspects of high volume groundworks projects, you will be required to carry out pre-site surveys to validate allocated works by the client and preparation and submission of CVR's;

Required experience and qualifications:
Experience managing groundworks packages of up to £10m in value.
Experience managing junior quantity surveyors.
Groundworks & Civil Engineering Experience
Past experience as a Surveyor within Groundworks would be ideal
